Risk Management Coordinator

This position monitors various organizational systems to ensure the safety of consumer and personnel. The position requires knowledge of statutes, accreditation standards from various entities, and legal requirements pertaining to community mental health centers. The Risk Management Coordinator reports to the Director of Quality Management, and has frequent contact with all levels of management, the Chief Executive Officer and department heads. A working relationship with organizational attorneys is also required. Provide program development, leadership, and supervision in the areas of risk management and regulatory compliance. Four-year college degree, Bachelor of Arts or Science. Major in the social sciences and/or math preferred. Four years’ experience in Human Services, one year of which should be Risk Management or performance improvement related. Educational experience may substitute for employment.
